Q: Can I order more than one hamper and have them delivered to multiple addresses?

A: The simplest way to do this is for you to create a new order for each hamper. When you place your first order make sure you create an account, then when you have paid return to the site and purchase the next hamper and change your delivery address.

Q: What are the hampers packed in?

A: For 2023, the smaller hampers come in bamboo baskets and the larger hampers are packed in a round split willow tray. It has been our policy for many years to put the value into the food contents rather than the packaging – it’s a Yorkshire thing! However, for a special occasion (or a special person) the Luxury Best of Yorkshire and Mediterranean Grande can be packed in a classic wicker hamper. There is a supplement but the price still represents good value for money.

 

Q: What happens if I am out when delivery is made?

A: The courier will leave the parcel somewhere safe. Please make sure we have the phone number of the recipient (and email address if known) so the courier can contact to advise of the delivery. These details are never used for any other purpose than to assist a smooth delivery.

 

Q: Can I mix hamper contents?

A: Unfortunately not.
